Fly Fishing Lessons

Fly fishing is a sport requiring great skill.  Perhaps the greatest fly fisherman of his time was noted for another sport..baseball!  His name was Ted Williams, the Baseball Hall of Fame leftfielder for the Boston Red Sox.  There are many that say Ted Williams was a better fly fisherman than he was a baseball player.

The skill and strength in fly fishing is required in the casting of the lure to just the right spot.  Ted Williams did a demonstration once where he would knock a cigarette out of a model's mouth.  he never missed!  Fly fishing is a sport you can't just pick up a rod and reel, and go to the lake and catch fish.  You must learn to do it properly.
